Take one pastor from South Asia as an example. For years, he had been leading workshops for worship leaders, faithfully serving in ministry since 2018. Yet after graduating from Worship Quest Academy in 2023, he told us that he now views his ministry in two distinct seasons: “Before Worship Quest” and “After Worship Quest.”
Through the Academy, he discovered that worship leadership is about far more than music. He gained a renewed understanding that worship is deeply connected to theology, discipleship, and spiritual formation. This shift transformed not only how he leads worship, but how he equips others to do the same.
Today, he serves as a Worship Quest Ambassador throughout his country, leading Worship Quest Summits and investing in pastors and worship leaders. His passion is to help others move beyond simply leading songs to cultivating worship that is biblically grounded, spiritually formative, and centered on helping God's people offer Him their wholehearted response.

Recently, our Worship Quest Kenya Director shared encouraging news: pastors from across the region have been reaching out to request Worship Quest Academy alumni to serve in their churches as worship leaders. They have witnessed the transformation taking place in congregations led by our graduates—greater theological depth, intentional discipleship, and renewed congregational engagement in worship—and they desire to see that same impact within their own church communities.

During a recent trip to Ukraine, one of our students pulled our Director aside to share how Worship Quest had profoundly shaped his life. Currently serving in the Ukrainian military, he recalled the days he was stationed on the front lines and the ways the teachings of Worship Quest sustained him during some of his darkest moments. Whenever he had the opportunity, he would revisit the course videos on his phone, finding encouragement, hope, and a renewed awareness of God's presence. In the midst of the uncertainty and dangers of war, Worship Quest reminded him that he was not alone and helped him remain rooted in his faith.
Stories like his are powerful reminders that worship formation extends far beyond the classroom. Through faithful teaching and discipleship, God is using Worship Quest to strengthen and encourage worshipers around the world—even in the most challenging circumstances.
“Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.”
